Scheduling policies:
I understand that on occasion situations happen beyond one’s control. To be fair to all those I serve,
please honor the following policies:

When cancelling an appointment:
Please note that 24 hour advance notice is required, to allow for the appointment time to be filled by someone else. If you are unable to provide that advance notice,  a 50% of service cancellation fee applies.

Missed appointments:
Anyone who forgets their appointment will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount of their scheduled session.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your session to respect my other clients whose appointments follow yours. In the event that I have time following your session you will still receive your full session time. You will still be responsible for the full length of the session regardless. Out of courtesy and consideration to me, other clients and yourself, please plan accordingly and be on time.
