I graduated from Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic, with over 1000 hours of extensive training in Swedish & deep tissue massage, shiatsu therapy, sports massage, hot stone therapy and much more.

Completed the following continuing education courses:

Oncology massage training at Northwestern Health Sciences University.

Integrative Bodywork training at the Green Mountain Institute in Vermont.

Active throughout the community, I am a long term member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association), a leadership team member of the Network Plus Chapter of BNI, member of the MainStreet Chamber and provide massage at various events including but not limited to the AMTA National Convention, Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, Schwan Super Rink, LA Fitness and many other local events.

Over the years I have gained a lot of experience from receiving Acupuncture and Chiropractic as well, building a network of practitioners I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my clients.

Opened for business in 2008, I pride myself on giving our clients a session specific to their needs in a atmosphere conducive to healing and relaxation.

In my free time I enjoy traveling (I hope to visit all 50 states by my 30^th birthday!), spending time with my friends and family, being outside, learning new things and volunteering fostering siberian huskies.
